  • Notes
    • Family tradition (sons of Emanuel) have stated their father was buried in the Komstad Cemetery "along the fence." No stone was ever placed there, nor have any records been found proving this fact. Debbie and Roger Jorgenson visited the Komstad Church on 7 September 2015 and talked with the cemetery historian. A look at the plots and burial information failed to show a Jorgensen. In the 1900s Roger and Debbie went with Robert Jorgenson to a rural cemetery and said that was the cemetery Emanuel was buried at. This was not the Komstad cemetery.
